Details of the Job/Internship

Quantiphi is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with 1–4 years of experience to join their offices in Bengaluru or Mumbai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements across multiple geographies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and RFPs across geographies such as the US, Canada, India, and the UK.
• Work closely with delivery, sales, finance, and HR teams to protect the company’s interests.
• Support senior lawyers in executing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Respond to internal queries relating to contracting, client engagements, and compliance.
• Provide researched legal opinions to stakeholders and the legal team.
• Maintain and organize the legal document repository.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare materials for internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating agreements, preferably with technology/IT MNCs or a reputed law firm.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in a global, cross-cultural organization is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of basic legal concepts with willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, self-starter, flexible, with high integrity.
• Legal research skills using platforms such as PracLaw, Manupatra, and Westlaw.
