Details of the Job/Internship

Regaal Resources Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Application and renewal of all applicable licenses under the Factories Act, including FSSAI, boilers, ground water, legal metrology, and factory licenses.
• Application and renewal of all licenses and certifications under office and admin, including trade licenses, shops and establishments, and Fire NOC.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws.
• Submission of annual, quarterly, and monthly returns under applicable laws.
• Ensure compliance with contract labor laws.
• Track, monitor, and recover all litigations for or against the company.
• Draft all types of agreements and notices, including MoUs, rent agreements, lease agreements, and consulting and contract labor agreements.
• Maintain all statutory registers under applicable laws.
• Maintain property records, including land and tax payments.
• Track and preserve all legal notices to and from the company.
• Ensure compliance related to properties.
• Manage legal file records.
• Handle trade license applications for all companies.
• Manage property tax payments for the head office and factory land.

Eligibility

• The applicant should be adept in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, and other standard computer applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement in any discipline will be an added qualification.

Salary/Stipend
