Details of the Job/Internship
Regaal Resources Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience in legal compliance and contract management to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Apply for and renew licenses under the Factories Act including FSSAI, Boilers, Groundwater, Legal Metrology, and Factory License.
- Manage application and renewal of licenses/certifications related to office and administration such as Trade Licenses, Shop & Establishments, Fire NOC.
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws.
- File annual, quarterly, and monthly returns under applicable laws.
- Manage contract labor compliances.
- Track, monitor, and recover litigations for or against the company.
- Draft agreements, notices, MoUs, rent and lease agreements, consulting agreements, and contract labor agreements.
- Maintain all statutory registers as required by law.
- Keep records of properties including land and tax payments.
- Track and preserve all legal notices related to the company.
- Manage property compliance and file management.
- Handle trade license applications and property tax payments for all company
Eligibility
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- At least 2 years’ experience in procurement is an advantage.
