Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with 3-7 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including NDAs, distribution and supply contracts, licensing and service agreements, letters of intent, and powers of attorney.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and assist business teams in monitoring and managing contract terms.
• Coordinate with external IP counsel on applications, objections, and matters related to group companies’ intellectual property.
• Support management of the company’s IP portfolio and ensure protection of key IP assets.
• Assist in ongoing litigation and dispute resolution processes in coordination with external counsel.
• Identify potential legal risks and support the development of effective dispute-resolution strategies.
• Provide legal assistance for M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, including due diligence, documentation, and risk assessment.
• Support cross-border transactions and ensure adherence to relevant international legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on operational and regulatory matters.
• Maintain and update MIS for all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, notices, and documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate record-keeping for internal tracking and audits.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and managing legal aspects of corporate transactions.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
