Details of the Job/Internship

Tanla Platforms Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including technology, telecom, and enterprise agreements.
• Provide legal advisory support to internal stakeholders and formalize business arrangements through contracts and legal documentation.
• Assist teams with compliance-related activities by drafting and reviewing undertakings, certificates, bonds, and other documents.
• Conduct legal risk analysis and identify compliance risks within the organization.
• Support the Legal Director in preparing legal correspondence, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist in litigation management and coordinate with external counsel for effective case representation.
• Monitor and interpret court decisions, statutes, and regulatory developments, and advise the Legal Director accordingly.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Knowledge of commercial laws, arbitration laws, and data protection regulations.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance management.
• Familiarity with CLM tools and legal compliance processes.
