Details of the Job/Internship

Tanla Platforms Limited's hiring a senior legal executive to join them in Hyderabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• End-to-end Contract Life-cycle Management (Contract Analysis, Red-lining, Abstraction & Summarization of various agreements along with their schedules, e-signature process & maintenance of database etc.) 
• Review and assist in Negotiation of various Agreements like MSA, NDA, PO, Addendums, Amendments, Novation deeds etc. 
• Maintain database of all documents. Compilation and maintenance of several trackers (contract tracker, Timesheet tracker etc.). Prepare reports and data analysis and share it with management. 
• Weekly & Monthly MIS generation reports and data analysis, Managing Contract Management tool, updating data with respect to contracts executed on daily basis. 
• Assisting in Litigation Services 
• Assisted in early data assessment and validations for better understanding of the documents and minimized both risk . 
• Following up with sales team for duly executed copies from Customers and updating Database accordingly. 
• Capable of doing good research 
• Self-motivated to achieve Team Goals 
• Ability to learn quickly and proactive approach 

Eligibility

• Qualification – LLB / LLM 
• 4- 6 years of experience 
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills 
• Proactive, self-motivated and should be a team player 
• Ability to plan and organize 

Salary/Stipend
