Details of the Job/Internship
Thermax Group is looking for candidate for the position of Senior Legal Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, specially, Power Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, EPC contracts, Tender documents, Commercial Contracts, O&M Agreements, Bank Guarantees, NDAs, etc of the Company.
- Review of regulatory correspondence as we'll as correspondence with customers, etc
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal as we'll as external stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Essential Qualification: Should possess bachelors degree of Law
- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 8 years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
- Products to be handled: Online Contract Lifecycle Management System
- Handling & Managing all Contracts for First Energy Private Limited (FEPL)
- Drafting and Vetting of various Agreements and Amendment thereto and coordinating with businesses with respect to the same.
