Details of the Job/Internship

Uni Cards is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with 1.5–2 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the legal and compliance functions by assisting in contract management, reviewing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting day-to-day legal operations. The position also requires coordination with internal teams and external counsel to support business needs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support and guidance to internal teams on various matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Maintain records and documentation related to legal matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience in legal documentation, contract management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate legal information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to corporate or commercial legal processes in a professional setting.

Salary/Stipend
