Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with relevant experience in contract management to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal contracts, agreements, and various legal documents.
- Provide expert legal advice on a variety of business and contractual matters.
- Oversee agreement flows, business compliances, and Privacy Law requirements.
- Engage in negotiations and ensure the successful closure of legal agreements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Support the organization in streamlining legal processes and mitigating risk.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an LLM is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of law and strong understanding of legal principles.
- Mandatory prior experience using CLM software and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in legal agreement preparation and negotiations.
- Prior experience in contract lifecycle management or related fields is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
