Details of the Job/Internship

Compass Group India is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 8–10 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review customer and vendor contracts, including MSAs, amendments, renewals, SOWs, term sheets, change orders, and RFPs.
• Provide timely and commercially relevant legal advice to business units and functional leaders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, procurement contracts, IFM, F&B, consultancy, employment, privacy, and lease agreements.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and knowledge management tools for contract compliance.
• Manage ongoing legal cases, arbitrations, and implement legal strategies.
• Support compliance and audit initiatives and build awareness of legal risks.
• Advise on corporate, procurement, safety, security, administrative, and HR legal matters.
• Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a premier Indian law school.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably experience in the service or food industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial laws, contract law, company law, and data privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team.
