Details of the Job/Internship

Dream11 is hiring a Senior Legal Manager (Corporate Functions) with experience of 6 to 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for corporate functions of the group including Info Sec, Tech Security, HR, Admin, Finance, etc. 
• Provide strategic advisory to corporate functions on best practices for formulating internal policies with human resource management, information security, and procurement.
• Provide legal opinions on various issues raised by corporate functions and provide resolutions in the most business-friendly and compliant manner.
• Working with external counsels and law firms for timely deliveries.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience working on corporate, tax, labor/employment in ITES/SAAS/MNCs.
• Must have worked on setting up processes for compliance with consumer protection, data privacy, and data protection.

Salary/Stipend
