Details of the Job/Internship
Crest Ventures Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to be part of the Managing Director’s Office (MDO).
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise the MDO and management on legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
- Identify and evaluate legal and regulatory risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams.
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Draft, review, and revise agreements related to real estate and finance transactions.
- Handle documentation including joint development agreements, title certificates, and service agreements.
- Draft and review correspondence with stakeholders and statutory bodies.
- Maintain records of legal matters, transactions, and litigation.
- Provide legal support on real estate and other transactions.
- Conduct legal awareness training for employees.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or higher).
- Qualified with AIBE (mandatory).
- Membership with ICSI (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate organisations or reputed law firms.
- Strong knowledge of Indian real estate laws, corporate governance, and transaction advisory.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English.
