Details of the Job/Internship

Jain Heights and Structures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Manager – Real Estate with 5–7 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. The role involves handling real estate–focused legal, litigation, and non-litigation matters, RERA compliance, due diligence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Scrutinising and vetting property documents and preparing the flow of title.
• Drafting conveyance and transaction documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell, joint development agreements, general powers of attorney, memoranda of understanding, lease deeds, and related agreements.
• Liaising with government departments and statutory authorities.
• Coordinating with landowners and reviewing draft contracts.
• Coordinating with panel advocates and tracking case progress.
• Guiding management through litigation processes when required.
• Handling issuance and response to legal notices.
• Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, RERA regulations, and related statutory requirements.
• Resolving queries from RERA authorities and supporting project registration under RERA.
• Handling land-related and project-related compliance matters.
• Tracking the status and outcomes of cases involving the company.
• Managing disputes with neighbouring landowners during project development.

Eligibility

• BA LLB.
• 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong expertise in RERA, litigation and non-litigation matters, and due diligence.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
