Details of the Job/Internship
Fabindia Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead the legal function at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise senior management on legal implications of strategies, decisions, and transactions.
- Lead the in-house legal team across all business units.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
- Manage quality and cost of services provided by external legal counsel.
- Ensure legal compliance across functions.
- Handle IPR, Copyright, and Corporate Law-related compliances.
- Review and negotiate material contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and monitor relevant legislative developments.
- Minimize legal risks through pre-litigation activities.
- Review advertising, marketing, and public communications for legal compliance.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Law.
- 10–12+ years of relevant experience.
- Retail industry background is mandatory.
- Team management experience required.
