Details of the Job/Internship

A.K. Capital Services Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 5–10 years of legal experience to manage regulatory compliance, contract review, investor protection, and product support functions at their Mumbai location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as platform agreements, investor disclosures, and technology contracts.
• Monitor and mitigate legal risks and ensure documentation readiness for audits.
• Handle investor grievances and manage SEBI-compliant dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and tech teams on business model structuring.
• Review regulatory feasibility of new product features.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed institution; CS qualification preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in a SEBI-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with API platforms, data privacy laws, and SEBI frameworks.
