Details of the Job/Internship

Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 10–12 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and tender documents.
• Provide legal advice on tenders and business transactions.
• Prepare legal documents including notices, plaints, affidavits, and writ petitions.
• Handle litigation and non-litigation matters across various legal domains.
• Advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Provide legal protection and risk management strategies.
• Monitor compliance with statutory obligations.
• Support business activities with contract preparation and review.
• Lead legal negotiations and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Make operational decisions related to legal safety and security.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Law or related field is an added advantage.
• Must be an Advocate of the High Court.
• 10–12 years of legal experience, including law firm and in-house roles.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior legal position in a reputed organization.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and litigation.
• Experience in intellectual property, licensing, and commercialization agreements.
• Strong legal analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of civil, criminal, labor, and consumer laws.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
