Details of the Job/Internship

Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves overseeing legal matters related to leasing, obtaining/applying of Store related Licenses, ensuring legal compliance, Negotiating Terms, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consultations, and managing legal affairs.

Eligibility

• Min. 8 to 10 years of experience in handling leasing of F&Bs PAN India basis.
• Law and Legal Affairs skills.
• Drafting and Negotiating Term Sheets/LOI/MOU/LLA/ Lease Deeds/other Agreements.
• Experience in Legal Compliance.
• Experience in F&B store licenses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Master's degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend
