Details of the Job/Internship
BDO India is hiring a mid-senior legal professional with 8–15 years of experience to join their Corporate Legal Team in Mumbai – Dadar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, EULAs, MSAs, service provider agreements, consultancy contracts, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Create and maintain standard contract templates.
- Negotiate with clients, vendors, and third parties.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws.
- Manage internal stakeholder requirements related to contracts.
- Build, train, and mentor a legal team.
- Develop SOPs and procedures for contract management.
- Provide guidance on data protection and insurance requirements.
- Integrate AI tools for contract management.
- Support additional matters necessary for effective contract management.
Eligibility
- LLB mandatory; CS or LLM preferred.
- 8–15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
