Details of the Job/Internship

Cactus Communications is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 7–8 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal agreements including Master Service Agreements, Business Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, Settlement Agreements, RFPs, lease deeds, and other business-related contracts.
• Optimize contract management processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage contracts across international jurisdictions.
• Provide legal guidance to internal business teams on legal and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with external counsel and consultants for critical legal matters.
• Assist in data protection compliance, including GDPR and other privacy laws.
• Draft, implement, and monitor governance policies such as Anti-Bribery, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Identify and integrate technology solutions to streamline legal operations.
• Use contract management tools to enhance processes and efficiency.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LLB).
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience as in-house legal counsel in the Pharma or Healthcare industry.
• Strong focus on contract management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in international corporate and contractual laws.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, with a quality and results-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend
