Details of the Job/Internship
Central Park is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Manager 10+ years of experience to join them at their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of letters, legal notices and their responses.
- Record keeping and ensuring effective management of documents.
- Assisting in compliance's with corporate, RERA and other applicable laws.
- Legal Advisory through legal research into business operations of the company and on new laws and/or law applicable to the company. Research in relation to case laws and other legal issues.
- Coordinating with external lawyers in relation to company's ongoing litigation, arbitration's and keeping, maintaining and updating records of all such litigations, arbitrations etc. in a timely manner.
- Proactively partnering and working with internal departments to mitigate legal implications.
Eligibility
- Candidate from law firms/ Real estate/construction may apply.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Candidates having experience of 10+ years from Delhi(NCR) preferably Gurugram should apply.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, RERA and regulations.
