Details of the Job/Internship

Discoveries Quintessential is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Manager with 8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for financial operations, including drafting agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop a legal framework for products, services, and business functions in compliance with KYC and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance teams to align agreements and processes with regulations.
• Manage litigation, address customer complaints, and work closely with external advocates and counsel on legal proceedings.

Eligibility

1. LLB degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally in the NBFC or fintech sectors.
2. Strong experience in managing legal risks, agreements, and compliance, with a focus on retail loans.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 1,50,000/-
