Details of the Job/Internship

Dream11 is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Depth & breadth in info tech laws & regulations, data protection/privacy, intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, personality rights), media rights/sports rights acquisition, gambling & betting laws & relevant gaming regulations.
• Focus on solving marketing /content supply/brand & product launches/features, applications using prior experience in TMT & product.
• Ensuring proactive & preemptive management of legal, financial & reputational risk across B2B & B2C verticals of BUs.
• Collaboration, communication & coordination with external legal, tax counsels, and law firms for validation of legal advice.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in intellectual property law & sports/media rights acquisition deals.
• Proven work experience working on information technology contracts.
• Previous experience of working on Data Privacy and Protection.

Salary/Stipend
