Details of the Job/Internship

Dream11 is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as SPA, SSA, SHA and Term sheets Conducting due diligence and managing risk Managing existing investments including ongoing compliance and subsequent fund raises Becoming subject matter expert in the areas of - fantasy sports, gaming, sports streaming, content, e-commerce, Al, fintech etc.
• Providing advisory and transaction support on cross-border transactional issues while adhering to FEMA, RBI and FDI regulations Collaborating, communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of PQE experience in a Corp Dev set up, Law firm, Fund or managing a portfolio/ part of founders office is preferred Prior experience in deal-making/ transactions and related legislations as Companies Act, FDI, ODI, commercial contracts etc.
• Prior experience of Fundraising/IPO.

Salary/Stipend
