Details of the Job/Internship

Dream11 is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8 years to join their office in Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrating experience in Corp Dev, M&A ,JV, etc.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as SPA, SSA, SHA and Term sheets.
• Conducting due diligence and managing risk.
• Managing existing investments including ongoing compliance and subsequent fund raises
• Becoming subject matter expert in the areas of - fantasy sports, gaming, sports streaming, content, e-commerce, AI, fintech etc.
• Providing advisory and transaction support on cross-border transactional issues while adhering to FEMA, RBI and FDI regulations.
• Collaborating, communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of PQE experience in a Corp Dev set up, Law firm, Fund or managing a portfolio/ part of founders office is preferred
• Prior experience in deal-making/ transactions and related legislations as Companies Act, FDI, ODI, commercial contracts etc.
• Prior experience of Fundraising/IPO.

Salary/Stipend
