Electronica Finance Limited (EFL) is hiring a senior legal manager to join them in Jaipur office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on business law and contract law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other critical legal materials.
- Advise management and business teams on legal risks and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Monitor legal compliance across business operations and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues and support business objectives.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as needed, and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Stay updated on changes in legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
- Handle disputes, negotiations, and settlements to minimize risk and financial Expertise in Business Law and Contract Law with proven experience in legal consulting and compliance.
- Strong skills in legal document preparation and review.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially those applicable to NBFCs and the financial services sector.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal scenarios effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Additional certifications in corporate or financial law are a plus.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services industry.
