Details of the Job/Internship
Emphoria Works Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 5–6 years of experience to join its Bhubaneswar office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts for EPC, logistics, NDAs, vendor and lease agreements.
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and external counsel across various courts and forums.
- Drive recovery of dues, including legal notices, settlement drafts, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour laws; maintain compliance reporting and registers.
- Advise on risk, governance, and tender/bid documentation.
- Liaise with regulators and internal departments on compliance and business support.
Eligibility
- LL.B/LL.M with 5–6 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in EPC, infrastructure, or logistics.
- Strong command of contract, labour, MSME, DPDP, debt recovery, and arbitration laws.
- Proven experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
