Esse India is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing legal affairs, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring legal compliance, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal guidance in matters related to immigration regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal affairs related to operations.
- Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and immigration regulations.
- Manage legal risks and provide strategic insights to support business objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless legal operations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Expertise in law and legal affairs with a strong understanding of immigration regulations.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
- Experience in providing legal consulting and strategic legal guidance.
- Strong skills in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience in legal management, preferably in immigration or consultancy domains.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
