The role involves providing strategic legal support to a growing multinational business and managing key legal and regulatory matters in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Leadership of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance function.
• Contract and agreement governance.
• Regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Strategic legal advisory.
• Litigation management.
• Stakeholder management and external representation.
• Trade mark related matters.
