Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Comply with Companies Act and listing guidelines.
- Handling Due Diligence.
- Statutory compliances under Companies Act 2013 and other allied Acts.
- Compliance tool management.
- Commercial Contract drafting, vetting and negotiation with the customer or client.
- Contract Management, litigation management, knowledge of Statutory Compliance, management Advisory on legal matters, Intellectual Property law etc.
- Legal Documentation.
- Knowledge in FEMA, Shipping Laws, Mergers & Acquisition.
