Details of the Job/Internship

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

Litigation Management

• Manage writ petitions, civil suits, arbitration, and commercial disputes.
• Draft plaints, written statements, affidavits, replies, and applications.
• Liaise with external counsel on strategy, court appearances, and updates.
• Maintain comprehensive case records and track timelines.

Contracts & Agreements

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements—lease., vendor, NDA, employment, consultancy, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safeguard company interests.

Legal Advisory

• Provide day-to-day legal support on corporate, operational, and compliance issues.
• Advise management on new laws, regulations, and judicial updates impacting the business.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Liaise with government, regulatory, and quasi-judicial bodies.
• Manage trademark, patent, and other intellectual property filings and follow-ups.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather case information and resolve legal queries.
• Conduct legal training sessions to mitigate operational and legal risks.

Eligibility

• Experience: 5–7 years.
• Qualification: LL.B from a recognized Indian university.

Salary/Stipend
