Role and Responsibilities
- Contracts - Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Agreements including Service Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Broker Letters, Corporate Agency Agreements, Engagement Letters etc.
- Policy Documents - Drafting and reviewing of policy document.
- Advisory- Provide quality and timely legal advice to the business on a day to day basis.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 4+ years.
- LLB/LLM.
