Kotak Life is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contracts – Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Agreements including Service Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Broker Letters, Corporate Agency Agreements, Engagement Letters etc.
- Policy Documents – Drafting and reviewing of policy documents.
- Advisory- Provide quality and timely legal advice to the business on a day to day basis.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as MIS.
Eligibility
- Education: Law degree from a recognised university.
- Work experience in years: 5 years +.
