Details of the Job/Internship

LMS is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal to join their office in Noida. The role involves leading and overseeing all legal functions, managing the company’s legal strategy, compliance framework, and contractual obligations while enabling seamless business execution across multiple geographies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate interconnect agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents with global partners.
• Ensure contractual terms align with commercial objectives and comply with applicable laws.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate, regulatory, and international telecom/messaging matters.
• Maintain and update the company’s compliance framework.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and regulatory hearings.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
• Monitor and assess international legal developments and integrate new legal requirements into company operations.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); additional certifications in corporate or commercial law will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within telecom, technology, or international business environments.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution processes.
• Ability to handle multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
