M3M India Private Limited is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Legal for its office in Gurugram. The role involves handling land-related legal matters, drafting agreements, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in documentation and record management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, MOUs, agreements to sell, and sale deeds.
• Handle land-related legal cases.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and authorities/tehsils for property registration.
• Manage land records and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all documentation and record management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in land law, documentation, and legal case management.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
