Maatrum Technologies is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting & Review: Prepare detailed and accurate title opinions using Maatrum’s proprietary platform.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand policies, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal reports.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Tech teams to enhance workflows, improve turnaround times (TAT), and drive software efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure alignment with client credit policies and uphold Maatrum's commitment to legal accuracy and excellence.
• Problem-Solving:Provide proactive solutions to legal and operational challenges to ensure seamless internal processes.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in land and real estate property portfolio management.
• Prior exposure to sectors like Banking/NBFC, Real Estate Developers, Law Firms, and Property Consultancies.
• LLB/LLM from a reputed public university (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
