Maatrum Technologies is a start-up that is creating an Indian "Online Real Estate Title Verification System"​ powered by technology. The product will make it easy for a home buyer/ owner/ lawyer to get legal details about their property with a few clicks. More importantly, the information will be very simple so that the user can make informed decisions about the transactions.

Details of the Job/Internship

Maatrum Technologies is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8+ years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting & Review: Draft comprehensive title opinions using Maatrum’s proprietary platform.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their policies, address queries, and deliver high-quality reports on time.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with Operations and Tech teams to enhance efficiency, improve Turnaround Time (TAT), and optimize software functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with client credit policies and maintain Maatrum's high standards in reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Offer proactive solutions to in-house legal team challenges, ensuring smooth processing.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM (preferably from a reputed public university)
• 8+ years of experience in land and real estate property portfolio management.
• Expertise in sectors such as Banking/NBFC, Developers, Law Firms, and Real Estate.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
