ManpowerGroup India is in search of a Senior Legal Manager to join their team in Gurugram. Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of following types of agreements:
- Service Agreements e.g. MSA, SOW, SLA, NDA
- Vendor agreements
- Transactional documents: Franchise Agreement, LOI, term sheets, bank guarantee etc.
- Property related agreements e.g. lease agreement, leave & license agreement
- Contract Lifecycle and Repository Management
- Drafting of various legal notices/replies/representations/other written communications
- Employee Issues: Drafting of various communications issued to Employee e.g. show cause notices, F&F settlement, warning letters, terminations letters etc.
- Litigation:
- Handling various types of litigations for & against the company e.g. labour matters, Recovery matters etc. and coordination with external lawyer
- Maintain and report litigation MIS.
- Advisory: To provide necessary legal advice/opinion and support to higher management, functions, and businesses. Develop an effective legal function across & support the Legal & Compliance Department to identify and manage legal risk.
- Coordinating/Liasoning with Labour/Government authorities and assisting in making necessary submissions/responses
- Conduct legal research and analysis by utilizing various resources.
Eligibility
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience post qualification
- The candidate should have a fulltime degree in Law.
Skills/knowledge:
- Effective documentation, presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven corporate awareness and ability to work well with colleagues of diverse and multicultural background.
