Medgenome is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 8+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience working in Corporate legalenvironment.
• Provide legal counsel and advise theManagement as needed on the legal aspects ofcorporate and commercial matters.
• Be the single point of contact for all departmentsfor legal advice; i.e., recommend and providelegal advice and support to the company'svarious departments as needed (including onCompliance matters such as labor laws).Own and manage the legal department includingdevelopment of the departments processes andsystems and development and mentoring teammembers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety ofagreements and documents and continuouslyseeks ways to improve the forms, processes, orsystems involved.
• Identify legal risks and propose solutions tomitigate and prevent routine legal risksConduct legal research (as needed) to advise theCompany on various topics.
