Details of the Job/Internship

mPokket is looking for camdidates for the role of Senior Legal Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting and execution of Agreements, MoU, NDA’s and other legal documents.
• Handling opinion writing, litigation proceedings and related support as applicable and undertaking legal and regulatory due diligence;
• Handling customer escalations and other related grievances raised by customer and statutory bodies including RBI and drafting and responding to all the queries raised by statutory bodies.
• Timely reporting of the credit information of the borrowers with CIC’s
• Reporting of customer accounts with CKYC and other statutory bodes as applicable
• To liaise with Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board or other appropriate authorities in connection with any notices, approvals or any communications.
• Co-coordinating with various Banks and a regular basis and getting the necessary documents executed for availing new as well as existing financial facilities.
• Compliance with Company Law, RBI Compliances and such other compliances required under the Relevant Act, Rules and Guidelines as applicable to company and its group company from time to time.

Salary/Stipend
