Details of the Job/Internship
MRG Group is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 10–15 years of experience in property due diligence, mortgage documentation, and advisory legal processes to join their office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end legal support on non-litigation and advisory matters.
- Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and prepare legal opinions.
- Draft, review, and vet mortgage and property-related agreements.
- Liaise with internal teams, external counsels, banks, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with property and real estate regulations.
- Track regulatory changes and advise on legal strategies.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed law college; certifications in property/real estate law preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in property due diligence and mortgage documentation.
- Strong knowledge of property, mortgage, and real estate laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
