Details of the Job/Internship

North Eye Advisors is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 3–7 years to join their offices in Indore, Lucknow, or Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Title search and TSR vetting.
• Ownership verification and legal due diligence.
• Legal advisory on mortgage products and compliance.
• Risk management and fraud prevention.
• Drafting and reviewing mortgage documentation.
• Handling client escalations and TAT management.
• Team leadership, recruitment, and productivity management.
• Relationship management and business development.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM or relevant law degree or certification.
• 3–7 years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or business legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preference for non-litigation experience.

Salary/Stipend
