Details of the Job/Internship
North Eye Advisors is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 03–07 years to join their office in Lucknow (PCH).
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct Title Search and Title Search Report (TSR) vetting.
- Perform ownership verification and thorough legal due diligence.
- Provide legal advisory services on mortgage products and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee risk management and implement fraud prevention strategies.
- Draft and review complex mortgage documentation.
- Handle client escalations and manage Turnaround Time (TAT) effectively.
- Lead the team through recruitment and productivity management.
- Manage professional relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM or a relevant law degree/certification.
- 03–07 years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or business legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preference for candidates with a Non-Litigation background only.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
