North Eye Advisors is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 7–10 years to join their offices in Lucknow and Noida. The role involves handling title search and TSR vetting, ownership verification and legal due diligence, and providing legal advisory on mortgage products and compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title search and TSR vetting.
- Perform ownership verification and legal due diligence.
- Provide legal advisory on mortgage products and compliance.
- Manage risk management and fraud prevention matters.
- Draft and review mortgage documentation.
- Handle client escalations and manage turnaround timelines.
- Lead teams, support recruitment, and manage productivity.
- Manage relationships and support business development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or relevant certification).
- 7–10 years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or business legal.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
