Details of the Job/Internship
North Eye Advisors is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to join their office in Noida. The role involves overseeing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and managing key legal affairs, including due diligence, advisory, and report preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct Mortgage Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Vet and review legal dockets.
- Manage document preparation and record maintenance.
- Handle MOD registry and compliance management.
- Provide risk management and legal research support.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Offer strategic legal advice and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, contracts, and compliance.
- Experience in legal consulting, advisory, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of legal compliance and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in financial or advisory services is an advantage.
