Ola Electric is hiring a Manager – Legal to support the organisation’s contract management and legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal guidelines to streamline contract processes.
- Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, obligations, and associated risks to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and business development on contract-related matters.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure all parties meet contractual obligations.
- Maintain contract databases and document management systems for accurate and updated records.
- Assist in factory compliance, dispute resolution, and contract-related litigation when required.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting contract law and business operations.
