Details of the Job/Internship

Policybazaar.com is hiring a Legal Compliance Manager (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead a compliance risk management strategy for the Group.
• Prepare compliance review calendars and conduct compliance audits, liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Conduct compliance risk assessment training workshops and support stakeholders in embedding a risk-aware culture.
• Establish and quantify the Group’s risk appetite and ensure compliance risk approach aligns accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations with practical and commercial solutions.
• Keep senior management informed of regulatory, legislative, and best practice changes and their impact.
• Provide regular compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Handle corporate governance involving external risk reporting.
• Formulate policies to drive efficiency in processes within defined risk appetite.
• Provide proactive and practical regulatory advice to business managers and support functions.

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with leading audit firms.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, Management, Law, or certification/diploma in risk management.

Salary/Stipend
