Details of the Job/Internship

Prateek Group is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in Gautam Buddha Nagar. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Legal Documentation & Due Diligence

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of property-related agreements including sale deeds, leases, MoUs, joint ventures, and development agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on land and property prior to acquisition or development.
• Verify ownership, encumbrances, title records, and mutation entries through liaison with relevant authorities.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

• Ensure RERA and UP Apartment Act compliance.
• Handle approvals and liaise with Noida/Greater Noida/Yamuna Expressway Authorities and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with Stamp & Registra.tion Departments and Urban Development Authorities.

3. Contract Management

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors, consultants, and customers.
• Maintain a contract repository, track key timelines and obligations.

4. Litigation Management

• Manage and coordinate civil, criminal, consumer, and arbitration cases.
• Brief and manage external counsel, track litigation status.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.

5. Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Advise internal teams (Sales, CRM, Projects, Finance) on routine legal matters.
• Review marketing and promotional content for legal compliance.
• Identify legal risks in business operations and recommend mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed law school.
• Experience: 7–10 years in real estate legal matters, with exposure to NCR markets (Noida/Gurgaon preferred).
• Industry Background: Real Estate Developers, Infrastructure Companies, or Law Firms specializing in property law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
