Details of the Job/Internship

Rapido is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with experience of 9 to 11 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including services, consulting, marketing,licensing, non-disclosure and other commercial and technology related agreements.
• Advise the Company on various issues including statutes, government regulations and contractual obligations;
• Draft and implement various terms and conditions, SOPs, policies, and processes;
• Periodically preparing and updating the dashboard summary of the ongoing Contracts and status update and the way forward;
• Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational and management databases and securely maintained;
• Monitor critical contract obligations to assess and consider for modification, close-out, extension, or renewals;
• Work with external legal counsels, advisors on a need basis;
• Build organization capability in the contract management team. This includes managing contract life cycle- drafting, negotiating, and executing with relevant stakeholders;
• Conduct legal workshops and make presentations to provide guidance and training on ensuring legal compliance to various business functions;
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and vendors.

Eligibility

• LLB/ LLM degree from recognized university in India.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with an experience of 9-11 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable command over English language.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage and communicate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
