Shapoorji Pallonji Finance Private Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join its fintech team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor, interpret, and advise on RBI guidelines, MCA updates, DPDP Act, IT Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Provide strategic legal guidance to stakeholders on regulatory implementation and compliance.
- Design and implement compliance programs, policies, and workflows.
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology, IP, SaaS, MSA, NDA, and commercial contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations in line with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, SOPs, and checklists.
- Mentor junior legal team members on drafting and contract review.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in SaaS and AI-driven products.
- Develop governance frameworks and internal compliance policies.
- Advise on intellectual property, licensing, and technology-related matters.
- Support general corporate legal matters and strategic decision-making.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- LLM is preferred.
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience with significant in-house fintech exposure.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, payments law, AML/KYC, AI, and data protection frameworks.
- Proven experience in end-to-end contract management.
