Details of the Job/Internship
Sterling Developers is hiring a Senior Legal Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial contracts.
- Draft and assist in preparing legal notices, plaints, written statements, writ petitions, appeals, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Draft, review, and vet confidentiality agreements, share purchase or sale agreements, and lease and leave and license agreements.
- Prepare and vet agreements for sale, leave and license agreements, MOUs, affidavits, powers of attorney, developer agreements, and related documents.
- Monitor and track case statuses and maintain updated legal reports.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support to management.
- Ensure compliance and oversee all pending legal matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal management.
- Strong expertise in legal affairs, documentation, compliance, and regulatory advisory.
- Experience in legal drafting and consulting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
- Kannada is mandatory.
